BB1 Classic wants you to be happy with your order. We will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the day the item is shipped out. All returns and exchanges must be sent back in their original packaging and all original tags are attached. Merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. BB1 Classic reserves the right to deny any exchange or return that does not meet our requirements. We do not refund shipping costs on any returns or exchanges. Lingerie, are final sales only.
All items are refunded by mail check only. We do not refund credit cards. You will receive your refund check approximately 4-7 days (including Saturday) after we receive the merchandise. A re stocking fee of 20% may apply
Any items on sale or purchased with a promo code, are for exchange or store credit only. Store credit is good for one year from the date we receive the returned item. You will receive free shipping on your exchange. Please note some sale items are noted as FINAL SALE.
If you would like to exchange an item, please call us on our toll free number and let us know what you would like to exchange it for. We will hold the item you wish to purchase, and when we receive the merchandise you had originally purchased, we will exchange the item(s).
